KANAU Virtual is an operational division unit of KANAU focused on the development of virtual talents and various projects related to virtual-based activities. It operates through a community-oriented and structured organizational approach, supported by internal management and support systems while still maintaining a flexible environment. Through this approach, the environment being built is intended to support talent development in a more flexible, directed, and sustainable way.

Its primary focus is to build a healthy community, encourage relevant collaborations, create opportunities for talents to grow sustainably, and provide a more structured content direction. Talents who grow within the environment will also become part of the affiliate talent network as a form of connection across various activities, projects, and ongoing developments.

The name “KANAU” itself comes from the Japanese word 「叶う」 (kanau), which means “to come true” or “to be fulfilled,” representing the hope that every idea, creativity, and potential developed within the environment can continue to grow and eventually find its own form.
